In Sestriere there is an equipped area for the parking campers named Lago Losetta in Viale Azzurri d'Italia not far from the Palazzetto dello Sport, place of the competition secretariat.

The secretarial and withdrawal operations of the race pack will be held at the Palazzetto dello Sport in Viale Azzurri d'Italia in Sestriere on the following days and times:

• Saturday from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm
• Sunday from 6:30 am to 7:30 am

Departure Granfondo and Mediofondo at 08:00 am

The pasta party will be held at the Palazzetto dello Sport of Sestriere
